ZDR...D type superimposed direct-acting pressure reducing valve is designed for superimposed plates, with three-way features, for example, to control the pressure in the secondary oil circuit, it is used for decompression of hydraulic system.
Composition of pressure reducing valve: including valve body (1), control spool (2), two pressure regulating bombs (3), pressure regulating mechanism (4) and optional Check Valve.
The pressure of the secondary oil circuit is adjusted by the pressure regulating mechanism (4). In the original position, the slide valve is open, ie: oil can flow freely from P to P1, (type "DP") or from A to A1 (type "DA"). The pressure P acts on the end face of the spool through the control channel (5) to balance the elastic force on the spool valve. If the pressure in the P1 channel is greater than the setting value of the spring (3), the spool (2) will move to the right, so that the opening Decrease, P also decreases, thus maintaining the pressure in the P1 channel as the set value.
The control signal oil is input from the P1 channel diameter (5) channel internally.
If the load is acted by an external force, the pressure in the P1 channel continues to rise, and the spool (2) is pushed to the side where the spring (3) acts, and at this time, the oil in the P1 channel returns to the oil tank through the hole (6) in the core of the spool valve (2) , which is the oil return caused by the high pressure. The return of the leaked oil is usually leaked by the spring chamber (7) through the T (Y) chamber.
Valves of type "DA" can be fitted with a Non-Return Valve allowing the return of oil in the A1 to A channel.
At port (8) of the valve, a pressure gauge can be installed to read the pressure of the secondary oil circuit.
