Z2S type Check Valve is a Superimposed Hydraulic Control Check Valve, it can be used to close one or two working oil ports, no leakage for a long time, good stability, free flow of oil from A to A1 or B to B1, Reverse is blocked. If the oil flow through the valve, eg from A to the pressure oil acts on the valve core (1), the valve moves to the right and pushes the ball (2) off the valve seat. A1, when the one-way valve (3) is opened by the controlled oil, the oil can flow from B1 to B. The pressure is unloaded in the B1 cavity, and the one-way valve (3) is fully opened.
In order to ensure that the two one-way valves can be closed reliably when the reversing valve is in the neutral position, the A and B ports of the valve are connected to the oil return line.
