The assembly requirements of stacked valves are generally the same as those of traditional plate check valves. However, special attention should be paid to whether the mounting surface positions of each valve body match to avoid leakage. The assembly steps are as follows:
1. According to the hydraulic circuit design, first stack the stack valve and the Solenoid Directional Valve, and place the O-ring side of the stack valve toward the base plate.
2. Before inserting the bolts of the stack valve, confirm that the oil hole position of the stack valve is correct and align the screw mounting holes of the stack valve.
